'The Devil's Double' Trailer

Just because you keep putting 'Based on a True Story' doesn't mean the adaptation of someones true story will be good. In this case it looks like what you'll be getting is a whole lotta orange.

The basic run-down is that Saddam Hussein's son is a giant d-bag full of sluts, money and greed and he takes some guy and hires him to become a double so he can continue being a giant douche. Of course he's incredibly violent and nasty and over-the-top, though I am sure the guy was a giant prick.

Movie-wise, it looks terrible. I don't really care that the story was/is based on some true life-story, the fact that it's being played out like some reject version of 'Scarface' in the Middle East really doesn't appeal to me at all.

'Your Highness' Trailer

Admittedly when I first saw this on Trailer Addicts site I thought, "come on", then I realized that it had this cast and was also the movie that had Natalie Portman in a thong. Not a draw for me, but because it was plastered all over the internets a few weeks ago, it's nice to see which movie I can expect to see her almost-naked ass in.

This actually looks pretty funny. A classic "find-the-stolen-princess" movie, but still...it looks funny.

'Hanna' Trailer

I've got to say, this looks pretty intriguing. It has a great cast and you can't go wrong with slapping a favorite in to do the soundtrack (Chemical Brothers).

Saorise Ronan plays a young girl who apparently lives in the woods with Eric Bana (not a bad deal for me, really) and there is some kind of switch which will bring Cate Blanchett and the authoratah their way if it's turned on. So, of course, she switches it on and the authoratah fly on down. Bana gets away but leaves the daughter behind looking scared and frightened. But, she apparently isn't scared and frightened and instead kills someone posing as Blanchett's character before escaping and causing a man-hunt.

Looks like she's some kind of mutant, or genetic freak, or what will most likely become a SyFy Channel movie if this one does well.

I would like to see this movie unless they release another trailer that makes it look shitty.

'Inception' Trailer

I just saw this trailer today. I love everything about it. Not only is it directed and written by Christopher Nolan, who made the phenomenal movie 'Memento' (yes, and The Dark Knight), but it has a great cast.

You've got DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard, Ken Watanabe, Cilliam Murphy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hardy. The story is awesome too.

I'm not entirely sure, but it sounds like DiCaprio plays a man who breaks into peoples dreams and steals their secrets. It sounds like there might be a corporation he works for and Gordon-Levitt is a dude who might be a bad apple. And DiCaprio sounds like he wants to get out of the business and find his way home to his lady. Whether this is a dream or not...who knows. I just know that it sounds awesome!

'Kick-Ass' Trailer

I don't know about this one...They aren't superheroes because they don't have powers, but they are pretending to be superheroes and they have powers? I don't know, seems like unless they fail miserably at every take-down, I might think this is stupid. That and it looks stupid.

Offline Trailer

Trailer for a strange, and "off-kilter" (as io9.com accurately described it)movie. Apparently it was made to gather funding for a feature-length film and if it's made, and made well, I think it'll be great!

I love weird looking movies with strange visuals (like Tarsem Singh's The Cell and The Fall), so I am on board.

Here's the trailer:

Green Lantern *Fan* Trailer

Here are two facts: I LOVE Nathan Fillion and I don't care for super-hero movies (except Batman). But, that being said, my love of Nathan Fillion would cause me to see him starring in a huge Hollywood movie with first billing (I'd be like, "Yay! for Nathan Fillion!).

Well, some kid threw together a fake trailer for a movie where Nathan Fillion plays the Green Lantern, a story I know nothing about. Apparently there is a talking squirrel and some kind of fat doughnut-y thing in it...which makes no sense, but it's a super-hero movie, so it's not a surprise that there is something stupid in it.

The trailer is kinda good, though and clever. However...he needs to use the pen tool on FCP (if that's what he used) to lower that Star Trek music so we can hear what is being said...it's too loud!

Blood: The Last Vampire

Should be called 'Crouching Blade, Hidden Night Watch", 'cause that's what it looks like. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but that is what it looks like:
